The new BigRingVR website is live

Our new website is live at www.bigringvr.com: fast, in the same design as the BigRingVR 8 app, with your training, your Dashboard, richer activity pages, Rings and rider levels, Challenges, and every ride with its story.

Our new website is live at www.bigringvr.com. We've rebuilt it from the ground up, on the latest technology, alongside BigRingVR 8, and it is now the home of everything you do with BigRingVR: your training, your progress, your rides and your account.

Sign in once

The first time you visit, sign in with Google as usual — just once, and the website remembers you after that. Your account, your subscription and your ride history are all there, and saved links and bookmarks still take you to the right page.

One look, app and web

The website and the BigRingVR 8 app share the same design: the same sections, the same names and the same buttons, so it's easy to switch between them. Start something on one and carry on with the other.

Fast. Really fast.

Every page was built for speed. Your activities, the ride catalogue and challenges simply appear, and the site stays just as quick when lots of riders are on at the same time. It was built to grow with all of you.

Training Plans and Workouts

Browse all 18 training plans and 80+ workouts, start a plan, and follow it on My Training. Skip a session, undo a skip, or mark a session Done outdoors when you rode it on the road. It's the same plan in the app and on the website.

Training Calendar

Your whole year at a glance: twelve months as daily sparklines. Click a month for the full calendar, every day shaded by how long you rode.

Your Dashboard

How is my riding actually going? Your Dashboard puts your last four weeks against the four before, consistency, 12-week volume, climbing this year, FTP trend, personal bests, challenge progress and the rides you've saved for later all on one page, from rides you've already done. Nothing to set up.

Richer activity pages

Normalized Power, Intensity Factor, TSS, best power at every duration, effort distribution, decoupling, efficiency and average torque, all marked against your training zones and saved with every ride so you can compare any two. New to a metric? Tap the ? beside it.

Rings and rider levels

Every ride earns Rings — 1 for every kilometre and 1 for every 30 metres climbed — and your Rings build your rider level, from Grey all the way to Eternal. Explorer shows how much of the catalogue you've ridden. You'll find them on your Dashboard and on the app's Home screen, and every ride you upload to Strava shows its Rings and your level.

Challenges

Join a challenge, track your progress ride by ride, and see where you stand on the leaderboard.

Make it yours

Eight themes (three light, five dark) and thirteen languages.

Updated help pages

Getting Started, Using BigRingVR and the FAQ cover BigRingVR 8: Bluetooth and ANT+ on Windows and Mac, ride queues, FIT files with HRV and pedal balance, and every keyboard shortcut.

BigRingVR 8

The download page has the latest version, BigRingVR 8.0.1.128, for Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) and macOS 13 or later. Already riding BigRingVR 8? The app updates itself.

Every ride, with its story

Each of our 870+ routes has its own page, with a new description of the road, the places along it and the races that have made it famous, plus the route map, a video preview and the ride's leaderboard. Find your next ride in the ride catalogue.

Thank you for riding with us — see you on the road.
